However, Indiana residents are able to purchase items at these out-of-state dispensaries, even though they are still illegal within state lines. For residents in Evansville and surrounding areas, a dispensary is less than an hour away, just over the state line into Illinois. Terrabis, located in Grayville, is open for anyone 21 or older looking to shop in person.
Non-residents of Illinois who are over age 21 can legally purchase15 grams of cannabis flower, 250mg of THC in a cannabis-infused product, and 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate.
