Vail Valley real estate prices dip slightly to start the summer

Summer is in full swing in the Vail Valley, and local home prices dipped slightly to begin the season. The median sale price in June was $1.06 million, an 8% decline from $1.14 million the previous month.

LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s monthly market report data shows that total sales volume in the Vail Valley was $118,308,519 to kick off the summer, down 35% from a red-hot May. The sale-to-list price ratio held steady at 97% as sellers continued to receive very close to the full asking price for their homes.
