In September 2025, we will not only welcome students to our bustling Leicester campus but also to a new campus in London. DMU London will open in the vibrant and creative Whitechapel/Aldgate East area.

DMU London will focus on postgraduate students who come to London to advance their career in this global hub for business, enterprise, leadership, computing, and technology.

At DMU, we are well known for our work on sustainability, being the only UK university to be recognised by the United Nations as an Academic Impact Hub and we’re ranked 101-200 in the world by the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2024.

When the doors open to the new campus, DMU London will offer three distinctive programmes:

Carbon literacy training will be embedded into the curriculum for all students, and they will be encouraged to develop sustainability-focused projects and work with student organisations like Students Organising for Sustainability.

The campus will be DMU’s base in London. Students will learn through our innovative block teaching in the classroom and through direct engagement with the UN, industry partnerships, internships, networking opportunities, and practical experiences within London’s thriving business community.

Our Leicester campus remains at the heart of our community, and now London joins Kazakhstan, Dubai and Cambodia in expanding that community. With the launch of DMU London, we continue our work to empower students to build a sustainable future and career – in Leicester and beyond – giving all our students a gateway to careers and opportunities in London.
