Iowa forecast: Snow possible this weekend after Thanksgiving

It’s been a glorious day to celebrate Thanksgiving across the state. Tonight will be colder than last – we drop into the mid 20s overnight.Friday will be a cold one. Expect increasing clouds throughout the day tomorrow. Highs will likely only end up around freezing by the afternoon. Most models now agree that a dusting to an inch could be in Central Iowa’s future. No issues are expected for Saturday during the daytime hours. But after sunset, there is the potential to see light snow develop and end by dawn Sunday AM.
