Four-building industrial park in Southlake to break ground next year

[ad_1]

A Dallas property firm plans to break ground early next year on a Southlake business park.

The project off Ira Woods Avenue, west of State Highway 114, will include four industrial buildings. It’s in an area that has seen very little warehouse construction.

Southlake’s city council approved plans for the development in September.

The new business park will total more than 566,000 square feet and the first building will start construction in March, according to planning documents filed with the state. The project will cost more than $38 million and is set to open beginning later in 2024.

Constellation Real Estate Partners is building the business park. Meinhardt & Associates Architects is designing it.

Constellation Real Estate has multiple Texas industrial building projects, with warehouses in the Houston area and in El Paso. The private real estate company has partnered with Crow Holdings on some of its projects.

Earlier this year, Constellation started a two-building warehouse project near Houston’s Hobby Airport. The firm, founded by Jeremy Giles and Hien Le, also recently opened an Atlanta office.

Dallas-Fort Worth is the country’s fastest growing industrial building market with about 49 million square feet under construction.
